Returns
Within
30 days of delivery of your order, you may return any item for a
full refund (less shipping). Items must be returned with original
packaging and you must call first at 800 260-0989 for a Return
Authorization Number.
Shipping
All orders shipped within the continental U.S. are $6.95,
regardless of size. Call for rates to Alaska and Hawaii. At this
time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
Security
All your ordering information -- including your name, address,
phone number and credit card number -- is encrypted using a secure
server for maximum security. This information cannot be read as
it travels to our ordering system.
Privacy
Under no circumstances will we sell or trade any of the information
you have provided us to outside parties.
We do wish
to state that we often have our manufacturers ship directly to our
customers.This often speeds delivery and cuts down on our costs.
We provide the manufacturer with the customer's name and address.
We do not provide credit card information, phone numbers, or email
addresses. Manurfacturers are authorized to use this information
for shipping purposes only.
